Charged credit card after order cancelled
I would like to know why my credit card was charged for an order that I cancelled for an out of stock item I never received.I was sent an E-Mail stating that the item I ordered was on back order. After three weeks the shipping date was again pushed back an additional two weeks. I sent over an E-Mail and a Fax stating that I wanted to cancel the order on July 25th at 11:10p.m. The fax did go thru. The order #876732.Please respond.
